COPLEY, Ohio-The Copley-Fairlawn Schools Board of Education accepted Superintendent Brian Poe’s retirement effective August 1, 2024, after his 17-year tenure. Poe expressed gratitude for the support received during his time, particularly acknowledging the passage of a $50 million bond levy. The district plans to engage the Summit Education Service Center (ESC) to develop search criteria for a new superintendent.
