Several school districts in central Ohio have delayed start times Tuesday morning because of wind chills near 0 degrees and slick conditions from snow this past weekend.
Several central Ohio counties are still under a snow emergency after heavy rain and snow moved through the area on Sunday, creating slick conditions for sidewalks, parking lots and some roads.
