An investigation into alleged child pornography has resulted in the secret indictment and arrest of an East Liverpool man on multiple felony charges. Timothy A. Gregg, 36, was indicted on three fourth-degree felony counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and five fifth-degree felony counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
