A federal judge has ruled against a former Lakota school board member, denying her a restraining order against the Xenia Community Schools board and its president, and ordering her lawsuit to go to mediation. Former Lakota Board of Education member Darbi Boddy sued the Xenia school board and President Mary Grech late last year over interactions during a tumultuous public comment session during the board’s Oct. 14 meeting.
