Family and loved ones of Hershall Creachbaum Jr., a 7-year-old, non-verbal boy with autism, are calling for justice after his presumed remains were found in Dayton Saturday. The boy’s mother was arrested Monday on preliminary obstructing justice and failure to report a death charges. Formal charges haven’t been filed as of Tuesday.
