A Portage County school district is mourning the loss of the eight-year-old boy who died in a Howland Township home Monday evening. Windham Exempted Village School District Superintendent Michael Dobrin tells 21 News eight-year-old Leonard “Lenny” Lee Roosa would have entered the third grade at Katherine Thomas Elementary School this year.
