Ohio continues to prove itself as a hub for academic excellence. Several of its public high schools have been ranked among the best in the nation in the 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools list. The annual rankings examine tens of thousands of schools across the country, measuring how well they serve students through state test performance, graduation rates and, most importantly, college readiness through Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) participation.
