A Northeast Ohio fire chief has been charged with a child sex crime in Ashland County. Court records show Brandon Mosher, 36, is facing a felony charge of pandering obscenity involving a child or impaired person. Mosher, the fire chief of Polk Jackson Perry Fire District, has been placed on leave pending the outcome of the investigation. He is also a firefighter in Fremont and has been placed on unpaid administrative leave with that department.
