A 9-month-old child is in critical condition on Wednesday night after Columbus police said his mother threw him across the room. 30-year-old Billie Jo Tustin is now being charged with felonious assault. ABC 6 has confirmed that the baby boy was rushed to Nationwide Children’s Hospital after first responders were called to the 900 block of North Fourth Street in the Italian Village area.
