A juvenile was hospitalized in critical condition after being shot in the head Thursday evening in west Toledo, according to police. The shooting happened in the 4500 block of Walker Avenue near Kipling Drive just before 6:30 p.m. Police told WTOL 11 the affected child, whose exact age was not provided, was shot by a juvenile, who is in custody. Police said the shooter was a friend of the affected child.
