Putting more playoff games on home fields has been a success from an atmospheric standpoint. It’s easier for communities to engage with their teams and homefield has been an advantage, but not an overwhelming one. Home teams won 65 percent of games across the state Friday, meaning there were a fair amount of upsets by seed.
