Inside a classroom at Oberlin High School on Tuesday morning, the air was filled with the smell of garlic as students busied themselves preparing vegetables, pies and turkeys. Steam rose from a sheet pan of carrots and potatoes, just out of the oven, as Legacy Acey scooped them onto a platter.
