A Licking County couple in Ohio has been arrested after authorities alleged they produced and edited sexual abuse material involving children inside public restrooms. Police say the investigation began after a search warrant was executed in Newark, leading to charges related to child exploitation and pandering sexually oriented material involving a child or impaired person.
