Parents Plead Guilty After Toddler Found Emaciated, Covered in Bedsores and Severely Malnourished

Two Ohio parents have pleaded guilty to child endangering after their 20-month-old daughter was found severely malnourished and weighing just 13 pounds, with dehydration, widespread bedsores and a dangerously low body temperature when she was taken to hospital last November.
