April 17th, 2024-CLEVELAND, Ohio-A 13-year-old boy named Javier Smith Santiago was fatally shot in Cleveland’s Brooklyn Centre neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon. The incident took place around 5:20 p.m. within the 3800 block of Riverside Avenue. Santiago succumbed to at least one gunshot wound at the scene.
