Police arrested a man in Fostoria for allegedly killing his 4-month-old child.
Joseph Bonito, 24, was arrested on a murder charge for the infant’s death, which the Fostoria Police Division says was caused by injuries he purposefully inflicted.
Police responded to a residence on the north end of the city shortly before noon on Tuesday for a reportedly unresponsive infant. First responders began life-saving measures upon arrival and took the infant to the hospital, where it was later pronounced dead, according to police.
