A member of the Anthony Wayne Board of Education plans to step down amid growing resignation calls after what some considered inappropriate social media use. Shellie McKnight plans to resign on Dec. 31, 2025, board members announced during a special meeting on Thursday, where the board voted to censure McKnight. She will resign from the board policy committee effective immediately.
