A candlelight vigil will be held Tuesday evening for the 14-year-old Twinsburg High School freshman fatally shot this past weekend. City officials said anyone is welcome to attend the vigil for London Brown. It will be held from 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at Liberty Park, 9399 Liberty Rd.
