CRESTVIEW, Ohio-Cadence Cook, a senior at Crestview High School, received the Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Scholarship for Van Wert County. This award, given by the Ohio Educational Service Center, recognizes students for academic excellence, personal achievements, and community service. Cook was nominated by Crestview and submitted an application and transcript to the Western Buckeye ESC for consideration.
